With over 25 years in ministry within the Church of the Nazarene, Pastor Doug brings a wealth of experience to our community. His passion for serving spans various areas, including youth and family ministry, worship ministry, and senior pastoral ministry. Pastor Doug's journey has taken him to churches in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and New York, leaving a positive impact wherever he goes.

Beyond his pastoral calling, Pastor Doug also shares his knowledge as an adjunct professor at Roberts Wesleyan University in Rochester, NY. His educational background includes degrees in history (BA), education (MEd), spiritual formation, and theology (MDiv), reflecting a commitment to both intellectual and spiritual growth.

Alongside Pastor Doug is his wife, Kristen, who serves as the Associate Director of Athletics for Compliance at St. Michael's College. Together, they form a dynamic team dedicated to both their professional roles and their shared life. As proud "parents" of three feline companions—Philly, Diego, and Otter—their home is filled with love and companionship.
