With over 25 years in ministry within the Church of the Nazarene, Pastor Doug brings a wealth of experience to our community. His passion for serving spans various areas, including youth and family ministry, worship ministry, and senior pastoral ministry. Pastor Doug's journey has taken him to churches in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and New York, leaving a positive impact wherever he goes.

Beyond his pastoral calling, Pastor Doug also shares his knowledge as an adjunct professor at Roberts Wesleyan University in Rochester, NY. His educational background includes degrees in history (BA), education (MEd), spiritual formation, and theology (MDiv), reflecting a commitment to both intellectual and spiritual growth.

Alongside Pastor Doug is his wife, Kristen, who serves as the Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance and Academic Success at Roberts Wesleyan. Together, they form a dynamic team dedicated to both their professional roles and their shared life. As proud "parents" of three feline companions—Philly, Diego, and Otter—their home is filled with love and companionship.

Kaleb felt God’s prompting to ministry approximately two years ago. He is excited that God has provided him with the leadership opportunity to work with our Church’s Youth Group. Kaleb has always enjoyed working with children and youth. Growing up in the Nazarene Church, he volunteered in many Church Ministries to include teaching Sunday School, VBS, Youth Group, and Parent’s Night Out. He will be pursuing his District License and plans to continue his studies with a goal of full ordination.
:He enjoys playing and singing worship music and participates in Community Worship Nights as a member of the Adirondack Anthem Group.
He enjoys playing softball, basketball, and bowling. He is following God’s leading and looking forward to what God has planned for him in the
future.
