Pastor Doug Milne

Senior Pastor

Pastor Doug brings over 25 years of Ministry experience within the Church of the Nazarene to our community. His service spans Youth and Family ministry, Worship ministry, and Senior Pastoral leadership across churches in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and New York.

In addition to being our Senior Pastor, Pastor Doug serves as an adjunct professor at Roberts Wesleyan University in Rochester, NY. His educational background includes a BA in History, MEd in Education, MDiv in Spiritual Formation and Theology, and a ThD in Missional Theology. 

His wife Kristen works as the Associate Director of Athletics for Compliance at St. Michael's College. Together they share their home with three cats - Philly, Diego, and Otter - who bring joy and companionship to their lives.

Pastor lisa rose mccarthy

Youth Pastor

We’re excited to welcome Pastor lisa, who will join us in the summer of 2025 after completing her current obligations. Originally from Quincy, MA, she has served as a Youth Pastor and Pastor of Missional Engagement, with a heart for the lonely and hurting in our communities. Pastor lisa brings a rich and varied background—including work as a vet tech, dairy farmer, EMT, and legislative analyst.

She holds a BA in Religion from Eastern Nazarene College and a Master of Theological Studies from Boston University. In 2025, she will begin a Doctor of Ministry in Spiritual Formation at Nazarene Theological Seminary. Passionate about the Hebrew Bible and storytelling, she seeks to connect faith with real-life meaning.

Pastor lisa also enjoys folk music, poetry (especially Mary Oliver), strong coffee, and time outdoors—particularly around farm animals and tractors.

Tammy Bezio

Office Manager | Financial Secretary

Tammy currently serves as the church's Finance Office Manager.  In her role, she handles all the contributions for PNC, monthly financial reporting to Pastoral Staff/Trustees/Church Board, ordering of supplies, schedules congregations and church activities as well handling the income and accounts payable and processing. Tammy also serves in many other Ministries here at Plattsburgh Nazarene Church.
